This is off of 40's upcoming Revenue Retrievin', which is a double album in the Sweat/Suit sense of the word, which means that if you don't illegally download his music, you're going to be parting ways with a good amount of your lunch money if you want to listen to all of it. E-40's last two albums have followed the half-good-half-crossover-garbage model (forgive me, I think I'm paraphrasing someone else's assessment here, and I can't recall whose) to maximize sales, and effectively alienated all of his truest fans in the process. Maybe one album will house all the shitty guest appearances, R&B songs, and songs that are ONLY about getting head. And the other one will be straight SINISTER MOBB. But which? Day Shift? Or Night Shift?

They finally made a video for the E-40, Beeda Weeda, Jacka remix of D-Lo's now-classic "No Hoe". E-40 sports a shirt with the closing lines to his verse; everyone else wears those Planet of the Grapes shirts, which I can't believe still exist.
Here's the mp3 of that, in case you find the clean edit infuriating (does World Star have standards all the sudden?)
D-Lo, E-40, Beeda Weeda, Jacka "No Hoe (Remix)"
Two questions:
1. Turf dancing? Seriously? Someone get Turfapino on the phone!
2. What is that hideous green liquor the girls with Jacka are drinking? Is it some kind of West Coast version of Nuvo? If it is, we will be hearing all about soon, in rap form.
Both spotted via.

it's basic that 40 says "no homo". i'd expect more from him.
I just did a post about E-40 as well. That Server song goes pretty hard, hopefully a lot of the album will sound like that...but probably not, unfortunately.
the bay steppin up with the music videos. Props.
that twelve monkey themed shirt is dope.
::shakes his head::
last I heard from my bruhs Turfapino was in San Jose!
I thought the same thing about the Planet of the Grapes shirts..
Man 40's weak, where the fuck is Bay Bridges 2?
He got us all hyped on that shit with On Oil and now he's releasing some double album bullshit...

So, tune in to "Jonesy's Jukebox" for special Sundance interviews all week airing exclusively on iamrogue.com.
Rappers should just hire World Star Bunnies to shake it to their songs. They'd get a lot more attention for thier song and wouldn't have to worry about shilling iron on planet of the grapes shirts or toxic looking alcohol.
You still smoke weed? Yeah, hella weed.
I'd say the green stuff is prolly absinthe
The "hideous" green stuff that you refer to is actually the "Incredible Hulk" drink. It is a mixture of Hypnotiq and Hennessey. It's actually really good and fucks you up. This "hideous" drink can also be seen in the Jacka's "Barney" video.
It's such a shame, but I tried to watch the video and it kept giving me an error message. I think it's upgrades desperate need for my pc. Thank you anyways.
